Important Shipping Information - The Land of Florals

Your home country's Tax and Customs Fees

Orders shipped to you from vendors outside of your country of residence may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and value-added tax. Some countries have elected to impose these fees and they are not paid by, collected by, nor accounted for by The Land of Florals. The shipping agent will collect from you any amount due prior to releasing your goods. Please ensure to familiarize yourself with the import and taxes that your country has elected to impose by contacting your Customs Authority.

Free Shipping

As The Land of Florals is offering free shipping to most countries, unless the customer pays additionally for Express Shipping, please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to arrive. If your order has still not been received after 21 working days, please email us at enquiries@thelandofflorals.com quoting your order number, name and the date your item was purchases, so that we can check with our warehouse dispatchers the location of your item.

Refunds and exchanges

Please ensure to check your sizing carefully before you make your purchases; as this will save the hassle and your time; please be mindful that exchanges may take up to 4-6 weeks to be processed (although it depends on the country and could take less time in some instances) and confirmed.

Refunds would only be given if items have proven to be in original packaging, unused, free from damage, makeup or perfume etc, once the item has been received by The Land of Florals, although the buyer will have to assume all responsibility for the shipping and packaging costs if the issue is a sizing one (i.e. the customer has selected the incorrect size in an outfit they have chosen without making contact first to check the sizing). All care has been taken by The Land of Florals to provide our customers with sizing charts provided by our suppliers, but we will take no responsibility for any inaccuracies or slight deviances. The sizing charts have been provided with our best knowledge and efforts to ensure the customer's shopping experience is a positive and easier one.

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged good, please take photographic evidence and email it to enquiries@thelandofflorals.com, and we will be happy to process a refund once we have received the original item back in the post. Postage and packaging costs will be assumed by the customer, though The Land of Florals will allocate you with a discount code as a gesture of goodwill and apology for the inconveniences caused, so that you can apply it to a future order of your choice.
